Who we are

What we collect

Only what you give us or what the site needs to work:

• When you order: name, phone, email (optional), city, address, note and the order contents.
• When you create an account: name, email, phone, address and a password (stored only in hashed form).
• When you sign in with Google: your Google account name, email and account ID. We never receive your Google password.
• When you request a price, partnership or call back: name, phone and message.
• Conversations with the AI assistant: your questions and the answers.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, answer your requests, let you sign in and see your order history, and to improve the assistant. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing without your consent, and we never sell it.

Who receives it

The website and database are hosted on Google Cloud (EU, Belgium). Assistant questions are processed by Google Gemini (Vertex AI). Data needed for delivery (name, phone, address) may be shared with the courier. We do not share data with other third parties except where required by law.

How long we keep it

Orders and account data are kept as long as needed for the order, your account, or legal obligations. Conversations with the AI assistant are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Cookies and browser storage

We use only what the site needs to work: a sign-in cookie (keeps you signed in for 30 days); your cart and assistant chat link are stored in your own browser. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights
