Kazbegi alpine honey

A natural source of energy. Traditionally used for sore throats and coughs — with warm (not hot) tea or water.

1–2 teaspoons a day, on its own or with a warm drink. Do not dissolve in liquids hotter than 40°C.

At room temperature, in a dry place, away from sunlight. Crystallisation is a natural process.

Do not give to children under 1 year old. If you have diabetes, consult your doctor first. Do not take if you are allergic to bee products.

Bee products are food, not medicine. In case of allergy or health problems, consult a doctor.
